SALSA AND HEALTH (WORLD RECORD ATTEMPT)

What is Salsa?
Salsa is a form of dancing that is in itself an emotion which we listen, try to feel and above all capture the true essence of  it via its rhythm. It is a style with a soul of its own that once felt can be expressed limitlessly.

Origin?
As every well ground style of  dancing such as ChaCha, Tango, Waltz, Bata, etc, Salsa has its roots deep in Spain as it is a Spanish word meaning "Sauce, serving up a tasty mix of being hot and spicy". This is all in one style of dancing...Wow...

What it does:
  1. You can view it as a social event as a complete work out based on personal experience, it gets your heart rate going and the blood pumping through the body rigorously as every part or aspect of the body is brought into play, in fact the entire body is exercised all at once causing those excess weight to be shed.
  2.  It is a highly social event, for many where people from various works of life come out mainly at night to where they dance, to meet with friends, make new ones, have a drink or a bite to eat etc, just plain fun.
  3. It is a great and relaxing way of doing something new, different with someone you love, share a sense of achievement at having mastered a new skill.
  4. Not only is it a form of dancing and exercise, it is also a real tonic, a pick-me-up if you are feeling low, shaking you out of your lethargy and making you come alive.
